Refund policy
Bare Basics Co believes that our products will help you achieve your smooth and hairless skin goal! But in case our products do not meet your expectations, we do offer a 90-day money-back guarantee without the worry! Plus, Bare Basics Co has a 12-month warranty that covers any factory defects.
If our products should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts within one year upon purchase, simply follow these instructions:
- Take a clear video of the defect.
- Send us an email at warranty@barebasics.co with a description of the defect and your video attached.
- Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with.
- A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.
- Please contact us first before returning the package, we cannot guarantee to process your refund if you don't contact us first.
- Applications that don’t follow the process will not be approved for a return

Money-Back Guarantee Period
Our Money Back Guarantee lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please also take note that an accomplished "Treatment Tracker" form is required to process your 90-day money-back application See Bare Basics 90-day warranty guidelines here.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will refund you the handset purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please give us 3 three business days for the refund to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact the bank we used to send the transfer. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at warranty@barebasics.co.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept order cancellations for change of mind. The replacement item will be shipped out once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please give us three business days to ship out the replacement item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified about the return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return your product, you should ship your product to Unit 311 Sunrise Condominium, 226 Ortigas Ave, San Juan City. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
