Do you have COD (Cash On Delivery)?

Yes, we offer COD as a payment option within Metro Manila.

Do you offer installment plans?

You may use a credit card via PayPal, you need to coordinate the installment payment to your bank.

Where can I send my proof of payment for a bank deposit payment option?

If you've selected “bank deposit” as your payment option in our e-commerce website, please send it to hello@barebasics.co or send a message to our Facebook page: m.me/barebasicsco.

Can I book my own delivery via Lalamove, GrabExpress or any messenger delivery service?

You may book your own courier to pickup your device once the payment has been validated. Our office address is located at Sunrise Condominium, Brgy. Greenhills, San Juan.

Why haven’t I received my order yet?

Order processing lead time is 1-2 working days upon confirmation of receipt of payment for orders received from 10AM-7PM, Mondays to Fridays. Shipping period varies depending on courier acquired, location of delivery address, and weather conditions.

The item is out of stock, how can I order?

You may place an order and you will be notified once the stocks have arrived. The good news is, pre-orders are usually subject to pre-order discounts!
