Bare Basics Glow+ and Pro
Please read and understand our terms and conditions below.
- Use our handset for at least 90 days from the date of purchase.
- You must complete at least 24 treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions. You need to take a total of 24 progress photos, one photo before each session.
- If you're planning to use the device only on your bikini area, please consider using it on other body part/s that you're comfortable taking a photo of in order to keep track of your progress.
- If our products fail to deliver visible results in 90 days, send us an email and we'll review your money back application.
- All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
- All items in the box must be returned together with the handset.
- The accomplished "Treatment Tracker" that came with the unit is a requirement for the 90-day money back application. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. Please refer to Returns and Exchange Policy conditions.
- If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price within 3 business days, once the handset has been returned to our warehouse.
- The refund will be sent to the credit card holder’s account if the product was originally purchased via PayPal. If you want to get a refund via bank transfer, there is a 5% PayPal fee shouldered by the customer.
- Please note that if you have already claimed for a replacement warranty, you are no longer eligible for the money back program.
Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.
If your item becomes defective or arrives damaged, we also offer a 1 year warranty for Bare Basics Glow and 2 years warranty for Bare Basics Pro: Email us at email@example.com for more details. May we ask all customers to allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Bare Basics Revive Warranty and Disclaimer
Revive comes with a 12-month warranty that covers any factory defects. If the product becomes defective during this warranty period, we will either repair or replace any faulty parts.
Please send us the complete information of the problem, date of purchase, copy of invoice and personal information such as Name, Contact number and address. You can send this information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please review the warranty exceptions below.
- Failure and damage due to fire, earthquake, or other unforeseen events.
- Actions of third parties or users caused by malfunction or misuse.
- Use of the product under abnormal conditions or unpredictable events.
- Incidental damages resulting from the use of the product, including loss of business benefits, interruption of business, or equipment replacement costs.
- Damage caused by using methods not described in the manual.
- Problems with attachments, accessories, or substitutes not sold by the company.
- Misuse, abuse, illegal disassembly, or unauthorized modifications to the instrument.
- Failure or damage caused by using the product in a different work environment or exceeding the specified workload.
- Improper storage by the user, such as damage from rodents or liquid infiltration.
